The mission of the Liberty Board of REALTORS® is to maintain a healthy real estate marketplace for its members and the consumers interested in buying, selling and renting real estate. Based in Secaucus, with members throughout New Jersey, the brokers, agents and affiliated housing professionals of the Liberty Board of REALTORS® participate in our programs that meet rigorous standards and help to serve the best interests of all parties involved in a property transaction. From large independent and franchise firms to small, "mom-and-pop" brokerages, we're transforming the way real
estate is practiced, transacted and closed—to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
The Liberty Board is one of 1,700 local Boards (or Associations) of REALTORS® granted the charter to use and monitor
usage of the term 'REALTOR®' by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. REALTOR® is a registered mark which identifies
a professional in real estate who subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics as a member of the REALTOR® Association.
